Refund & Cancellation Policy

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
We accept returns and replacements for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Please share
photos/proof at the time of raising the request, within the applicable time window below, for the claim to be valid.

Eligible for return by deducting the shipping charges incurred by the company.

Applicable Policy TAT (Turnaround Time)

• Damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered: request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Manufacturing defects: refund or replacement accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Mode of Refund
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is
received and inspected. Alternatively, customers may opt for a replacement of the same product.
Cancellations
